SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Beta Blocker Pickups.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

International Shipping Policy

All stock pickup orders are processed within 5 business days.

Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders outside of Japan is currently set at a flat rate of US$23 and

will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

EMS Standard (tracking included): 3-5 business days, JPY2400 (approx. US$23).

Domestic standard shipping (Japan): 2-3 business days, JPY600.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the current situation with COVID-19.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Beta Blocker Pickups is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Beta Blocker Pickups is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Every pickup is thoroughly tested before it's shipped out, but if an unexpected problem arises soon after arrival, we will make every effort to sort the problem out asap. If the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the pickup or give you a full refund promptly.
